Graphics and Video Playback (GVP)

We provide experienced graphics and video playback operators with the latest technologies for General Sessions. Video Playback Pro is our choice of professional grade video playback system. Our operators also use two laptop computers for PowerPoint graphics and two perfect que remote clickers to execute seamless transitions of presentation slides.

 

Speaker Ready Room (SRR)

We provide Speaker Ready Rooms for onsite  presentation updates and management. Our profeciant presentation staff will assist the presenter with formatting, adding text, slides, pictures, audio and video clips to the presentation.
- We load and operate the presentations for seamless transitions.
- We provide an early presentation submission system online, including sorting, formatting and testing.
